Now, import the PDF file from where it is saved on your device to add the signature

Step 3: Click ‘Sign’

Tap the blue “Sign” button at the bottom which will then ask you “Who needs to sign?” Choose the “Sign Yourself” option.

Step 4: Add signature field

Tap the file to add annotations. Click the “Signature” option. Now drag and drop the signature box to the place where you need the signature on the document. You can also format the PDF file adding special fields such as date, text and checkboxes.

Step 5: Add your eSignature

Draw, type, or upload your signature.

Using Signeasy for the first time? 

Create and save your signature. Draw your signature using a font of your choice—blue, red or black. 

Prefer your own unique handwritten signature? Select “image” to upload an image of your signature.

Not happy with the results? Erase/remove the signature and redo until you are completely satisfied with your eSignature.

Once you have inserted the signature, your document is now ready to be shared. Send the PDF document online via email, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, OneDrive, and other apps.
